Core Values of Future Education
With the growing presence of AI across society, education is entering a new era of transformation. As AI challenges traditional models of passive learning, the role of education is shifting beyond the simple transmission of knowledge toward fundamentally rethinking how we learn and think. In this context, redefining the direction of education alongside technological advancement has become essential.
Taejae Future Education Forum 2026 seeks to explore new approaches to reimagining learning structures, reassessing the roles and organization of educational institutions, and redefining the core competencies learners need for the future. The forum serves as a global platform to examine what remains uniquely human in education and how these distinctly human capabilities can be meaningfully integrated with rapidly advancing technologies.
Under the theme Core Values of Future Education, this year’s forum will bring together university professors, educators, educational institution leaders, and EdTech experts from Korea and around the world to explore the fundamental principles that should guide education in the era of human–technology collaboration. Through keynote speeches, special lectures, case presentations, and live demonstrations, participants will engage in discussions that connect vision with practice.
